Getting help

So we can deal with your issue as quickly as possible, please please please provide as many details about the issue as you can. As a pointer the things you should include may be:

Full details of the steps that you took to create the issue including screen shots (these can be taken by pressing the print screen button on your PC and then pasted to a word document).
Please provide as many specific details as possible. This may include the ID of the contact, person, case or transaction so we can view the issue in the system.
The username of the person who the issue is affecting.
Any dates or times that the issue relates to.
